iQ Signal provides web analysis tools including but not limited to:

• Website performance analysis and scoring
• SEO auditing and recommendations
• Accessibility compliance checking
• Security vulnerability scanning
• Content extraction and data scraping
• Scheduled monitoring and alerts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or SISUiQ cancels it.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SISUiQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
